As the inventor of this modified oral airway device, my goal was to address a critical need in anesthetic care: maintaining a clear and secure airway with minimal risk and maximum ease. Traditional oral airways often require repositioning, risk tissue trauma, and can be poorly tolerated.

Our device introduces an innovative curvature and split structure that conforms naturally to the oropharyngeal space reducing airway obstruction and improving airflow with less intervention. Avoidance of central structures reduces the pharyngeal (gag) reflex thereby reducing coughing, retching, vomiting and laryngospasm.

Designed for comfort, it minimizes the need for manual airway maneuvers, allowing anesthesia providers to focus on patient care.

The airway is a step forward in patient safety, provider confidence, and procedural efficiency.
